Shipping Policy

 

 

SunTrading Wholesale ships UPS only now.

UPS Inquiry: 

  • All orders made by 2pm EST will be shipped the same business day. 
  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
  • SunTrading wholesale is not responsible for any information providing incorrectly.
  • International orders will need to contact us before placing the order to be given shipping options.


After making an order...

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped.

 

 

Return Policy

 

     Please note that when making an order with www.suntradingatl.com that you are agreeing

that you understand our Terms of Use as well as our Return Policy.

 

1. All return requests must be emailed to suntradingatl@gmail.com. Do not 

    call with return issues. Do not fax any returns.

 

2. That email must include the Order numberItem number and issue 

    of the item, Company name or your name, Address, phone number.

 

3. We do not accept returns after 3 days of the package being delivered, 

    you must contact within this time period.

 

4. We do not accept returns for Dozen Pack items, Closeout items and

    items that have lost crystals or rhinestones. However, we can send lose

    crystals to replace the misplaced ones.

 

5. We do not accept returns that are not in the item's original packaging or

    in used condition.

 

6. We must receive the return items with in 7 days of sending the return

    approval email.

 

7. Each step in the email must be followed to receive a full credit as well as

    credit for return shipping.

 

8. Any return received that was not approved will be sent back to the

   customer.

 

9. Any return received that did not follow all the instructions will not

    receive credit for the return shipping.

 

10. We do not credit delivery confirmation.

 

11. We do not accept returns that have been purchased through the

     showroom. The showroom's policy states that all items are final sale and

     must be checked before leaving the store.

12. We do not credit shipping for international orders.

 

13. We do not accept any returns that are not pre-approved, these

      packages will be returned to sender.
